LANGUAGE CLASSES
I am a native speaker of Spanish and Portuguese and I have taught the languages in universities, schools and private classes for years. I am also fluent in Italian and English and can teach those languages too, in person or online. Classes can be individual. Contact me for further information.
FILM WORKSHOPS
I taught Film classes at the UCLA as a lecturer for five years (2008-2013) and I currently tutor Communications and Media students at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) in their final audiovisual projects. I also teach occasional workshops about film directing, screenwriting and editing, and stop-motion animation, in different places (next one will take place in Italy in the Fall).
A few years ago I taught an online “Art of Cinema” course in ten meetings, covering everything from developing your idea to the editing, so if anyone is interested in that, and a group of 6 to 10 people can be found to participate in a similar online workshop, you can register your interest here. If there’s a minimum of 6 students we can start.
Individual tutoring is also possible in case you have a film or screenplay project that you’d like to develop, or if you’d like to learn more about a specific area (film editing or screenwriting are the easiest to teach online, for directing it would have to be in person). Write.
